Union Influence - Connecting the Dots

UNION INFLUENCE -

Connecting The Dots

Unions only make up less than 20% of our workforce so why do they have a choke hold on our government? Note: The groups highlighted in PURPLE are Government Unions. The groups highlighted in RED are Media Unions. These Media Unions are key. When actors and writers were blacklisted in the 1950s for being communists it was found out to be a huge scandal. Most were unfounded charges. Regardless, careers were ruined. Today we find that the progressives have used the guilt of the Red Scare to their advantage. The Leftists have gone unchecked shielded by Political Correctness. So now, what happens today if an actor comes out on the side of Liberty? They are ostracized. Only a handful have "Come out" so to speak. These Media Unions can influence the narrative. They can control behind the scenes the direction of both popular culture through entertainment and information with biased news reporting. This is Propaganda.
When there is any corruption in any level of government you can often follow the money and influence to Union backed Democrats. When this happens news outlets all the way down to the local level will rarely ask ANY tough questions. There is great pressure on local media news producers and reporters to go along to get along - to move up the next bigger market. All Unions are very organized and support each other regardless of their occupational fields. The Union leadership coerces the rank and file how to report the News and how to vote and use union dues to fuel the political engine.

Hey Harry Reid - What horse did you ride in on?

Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) failed at his attempt to use the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to payback a politcal donor by the guise of the Desert Tortoise. Maybe he should have got a little advice from Obama on how to circumvent the Constitution.

Economic Nutrition Labels

Our Economy is sick. So what does our Government do? On February, 27 the Food and Drug Administration announced proposed updates to Nutrition Labels on food in the United States. In a statement from FDA Commissioner Margaret A. Hamburg, M.D., “For 20 years consumers have come to rely on the iconic nutrition label to help them make healthier food choices,” she went on to say, “To remain relevant, the FDA’s newly proposed Nutrition Facts label incorporates the latest in nutrition science as more has been learned about the connection between what we eat and the development of serious chronic diseases impacting millions of Americans.”
Two things that make these guide lines a marked improvement are more realistic serving sizes and larger type for the calories in those servings. Works for me.  This got me thinking. While it's important that we as consumers know what we're getting from the food we eat, what's to stop manufacturers to put another label on those Twinkies and for that matter, everything else - from Chevys, Subarus and Sunoco Fuel, to Cell Phones, Black & Decker drills and Step Ladders? Why not put Economic Nutrition Labels on the things we buy? These could provide valuable information right on the label with a quick breakdown of Embedded Taxes and Regulations that get passed on to the consumer. This could be a key tool for businesses to fight back by making the general public aware of the ever increasing burden that Big Progressive Government has on their daily lives.
Below is a quick comparison of what one could look like.

Union "T.H.U.G.s" Indicted for Burning Down Quaker Church

By Bill McMorris - Washington Free Beacon

The federal government on Tuesday indicted multiple union members for burning down a Quaker church in 2012.

Ten members of a Philadelphia ironworkers union face charges of arson and racketeering in connection with a fire against the church, which was employing non-union workers.

“Ironworkers Local 401 [was charged] with allegedly participating in a conspiracy to commit criminal acts of extortion, arson, destruction of property, and assault in order to force construction contractors to hire union ironworkers,” the FBI said in a press release. “Specifically, the indictment charges RICO conspiracy, violent crime in aid of racketeering, three counts of arson, two counts of use of fire to commit a felony, and conspiracy to commit arson. Eight of the 10 individuals named in the indictment are charged with conspiring to use Ironworkers Local 401 as an enterprise to commit criminal acts.”

"Pardon Me" Big Labor Boys... Big Labor - Loses Big in VW vote in Tennessee.

From the Detroit Free Press

This is a shining example of the fundementals of The Union of Everyone Else at work. When an employer creates a fair Workplace environment the decision to unionize or not becomes self evident.

Be the 80% - Be The UNION of EVERYONE ELSE

Are you sick of the same old excuse that the big labor unions have all power?  Are you fed up with how they have infiltrated government so that they get all the perks in society?  Are you tired of how the news and entertainment media propagate the Union / Progressive narrative over and over again in our daily lives?  It doesn't have to be this way.

According to this chart from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, as of 2012, the members of Unions as a percent of the U.S. workforce is only about 12%.  In Ohio it's around 13%

In the next chart we also see that since 1960 the precent of all Union employees in the U.S. has dropped to about 12%.  Yet the percent of workers in the public sector has sky rocketed!  Their control is making Government bigger and more expensive all the while sticking us in the Private Sector with the bill.  The malfeasance of the Unionized Mainstream Media to actually do as the Constitution has charged, has caused most of the politicians to cater to and be financed by the Unions.  The result is Government at all levels to be biased to the Progressive / Labor cause and the misuse of everyone's tax dollars. This cultural pollution has been inflicted on us by less than 20% of our fellow Americans. This does not have to be status quo.

Now while this trend is continuing - there is Hope.  As the data shows the solution is simple.
THERE ARE MORE OF US THAN THERE ARE OF THEM!
The answer:
DO NOT Vote for Democrats.
DO NOT Vote for RINOs.
Only Vote for those who will follow the Constitution
Be the 80%!
BE THE UNION of EVERYONE ELSE.
