Hey Harry Reid - What horse did you ride in on?

Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) failed at his attempt to use the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to payback a politcal donor by the guise of the Desert Tortoise. Maybe he should have got a little advice from Obama on how to circumvent the Constitution.
